Refund policy

CHANGES AND RETURNS

a) If the customer receives the package, but the Loadys product is defective, you must send us your claim to shop@loadys.com within a period of no more than seven days (after receiving the package).< br> b) If we accept the damage reported by the customer, a package with the new Loadys product will be re-sent. If your claim is not accepted, you will be asked to return the package in order to verify the damage.
d) The shipping cost of the generated return will be paid by the customer.
e) Once we receive the returned package and can verify that there was a fault on our part, we will refund the cost of return shipping and send the merchandise back to you.
f) If upon receiving the package we consider that the reported damage did not warrant a return, the customer will be notified that the return was not accepted.
